Transaction Overview

NCE seeks to acquire businesses in the business to business manufacturing, distribution or service sectors  that can justify a purchase price of approximately $2 to $6 million.  Larger transactions will be considered in select cases.  We will also consider small acquisitions if the company's operations can be integrated into one of our existing companies or if the company is located in Minnesota.
